Antioxidants and acne

You can also go in for antioxidant supplements available in the market but make sure they are natural and effective. You can also use topical antioxidant creams which relieve the redness and inflammation caused by acne.

There are several creams, lotions and face washes, which are rich in antioxidants. However, you must chose cosmetics carefully as some may trigger allergies and worsen acne. You can also make natural face packs using the pulp of fruits and vegetables like papaya or banana. These are rich in antioxidants and keep skin healthy and toned. Antioxidants alone cannot cure acne. They only help to improve skin health and appearance. Combine antioxidants with a good anti acne treatment regimen and you are sure to get results.
