Exercise really helps you to prevent constipation. Work out some cardiac exercises like jogging. Maintain your health with proper digestive systems which results in shinny skin without any acne problems. To treat severe constipation, medicines are the good option. But there are certain medications which are successful and having them very often lead to digestive system to depend on medicine. So use the medicine only if necessary.
